Yeah, we were there today at the Italjener Pipistrullo. I enjoyed the steak, SHE had the French fries. So - in a nutshell, everything delicious for the schnut.

I was surprised to find an Italian in this area who is as good as he is. The pizza was excellent and rock solid. I can't comment on the taste of the other dishes just on the look ... because everything looked very good on the neighboring tables 😉. That is also a small point of criticism. The restaurant is rather small, which is not a problem either. I would only have liked a different table arrangement or a few decorative elements to get the feeling of being able to eat and talk undisturbed.

This is our Italian tribe and is just around the corner from our home. We order there at least once a week because the quality is always great and never changes. The dishes are fresh, hot and delicious.

On the drive from Frankenland to the Lower Rhine, we stopped off the motorway service areas here. The place is clearly small, lies in a small place nestled between residential and industrial area and looks a bit inconspicuous at first glance. The map was appealing and we would not be disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, the prices accurate. We will come back when the next opportunity arises.
